Public offer

[Sole proprietor full name] (the “Contractor”) offers any legally capable individual (the “User”) to enter into an agreement for access to the “Story Therapy” service (the “Service”) on the terms of this public offer (the “Offer”).

The Offer is accepted by pressing the “Subscribe” button in the Service and paying for the Subscription. The agreement is concluded from the moment of acceptance.

By accepting, the User confirms that they have read and agree to this Offer, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

The Contractor provides the User with access to the Service — an online service that generates personalised therapeutic stories for children using artificial intelligence — in the Telegram bot, the Telegram Mini App and on the website.

Access is provided free of charge within the free limit, or under a paid subscription (the “Subscription”) that raises the monthly story limit.

The Service is not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care and does not replace a consultation with a doctor or psychologist.

The Subscription costs 299 UAH every month.

Payment is made by bank card on the monobank (Universal Bank JSC) payment page. The Contractor does not receive or store the User's card details.

The first charge is made when the Subscription is taken out. After that the fee is charged automatically every month to the same card until the User cancels the Subscription.

The Contractor may change the Subscription price. A new price applies only to Subscriptions taken out after the change; existing Subscriptions keep their price.

Without a Subscription the User can create up to 20 stories per calendar month; with an active Subscription, up to 30 stories per calendar month.

Illustrations and audio narration are available for stories both with and without a Subscription.

The calendar month is determined by Kyiv time. The limit resets on the first day of each month; unused stories do not carry over to the next month.

The User can cancel the Subscription at any time in the settings of the “Story Therapy” Mini App in Telegram.

After cancellation no further charges are made, and Subscription access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

The Service is a digital service; access is provided immediately after payment.

The User may request a refund at support@kazkoterapiya.com within 14 days of the charge date if, after that charge, they have not used the paid part of the Service (have not created any story beyond the free limit). In that case the Contractor refunds the amount paid to the card used for payment, and the Subscription ends.

In other cases, payments for a paid period that has already started are not refunded, except as required by the laws of Ukraine. To avoid further charges, the User can cancel the Subscription.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running, but does not guarantee that it will be entirely free of interruptions.

Stories are created by artificial intelligence and are a supplementary tool. The User decides independently how to use them.

The Contractor's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current paid period.

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure.
